Lunch in the Perth City just got a whole lot cooler thanks to our new Spring menu! We’ve taken sandwich classics like the Cuban and Chipotle Chicken and added ZaZa’s signature spin to them.
But that’s not all! We’ve also cooked up a killer breakfast menu, featuring on-the-go breakfast toasties, each with its own Joey Zaza’s twist.
Capitano Cubano Sandwich
Meet the leader of the pack—the Capitano Cubano! Our cool twist on the Cuban sandwich, the Capitano Cubano has a slab of our house-roasted Italian porchetta, double layer of smoked ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and Zaza’s mustard dill cream sauce, all sandwiched between toasted, buttered slices of white Italian Pagnotta.
Chipotle Chicken Sando
Adding some sizzle to our Spring menu is the Chipotle Chicken, our creative take on the spicy chicken sandwich. This CBD lunch sandwich features Cajun-spiced chicken, Swiss cheese, roasted peppers, red onion and jalapenos with a good drizzle of smoky chipotle aioli.
Spicy Chicken Bowl
When you feel like a lighter lunch in Perth CBD – swing by for Joey Zaza’s salad bowls. Our new Spicy Chicken Bowl (inspired by our Firebird Sandwich), features an awesome mix of slaw, citrusy red cabbage pickle, crispy chicken cutlet strips, fragrant coriander, and a touch of chilli, topped with Kewpie mayo and ZaZa’s spicy hoisin sauce.
Italian Pagnotta Toasties
Apart from that, we’ve dropped a breakfast menu that’s all about quick and delicious options for the people of Perth — breakfast toasties! Our Italian Pagnotta Toasties are special breakfast sandwiches, prepared fresh and toasted to perfection daily.
- Nonna’s Ham & Cheese: features Nonna’s secret Napoli sauce, basil pesto, smoked ham, and a thick blanket of mozzarella.
- BBQ Bacon & Egg Sando: a bold blend of crispy bacon, cheesy smashed eggs, and a drizzle of smoky barbecue sauce.
- The Brekkie Conti: a stack of ham, mortadella, sopressa, Swiss cheese, tangy mustard relish, and pickles.
- Good Ole’ Vegemite & Cheese: a comforting blend of creamy butter, iconic Vegemite, and oozy mozzarella.
- Mushroom, Feta & Spinach Melt: a combination of cream cheese, mushrooms, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and basil pesto all crowned with crumbled feta.
