Casual Barista All-Rounder

We’re looking for a barista all-rounder with excellent customer service skills to be inducted into our BOSS Family in Perth CBD on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Hit us up if you’re available on weekdays and this sounds like you:

A barista with 1+ years experience who’s confident with dialing in, adjusting the grinder, and working under pressure. You’ll be brewing Blacklist Coffee Roasters’ The Pitch Blend using Exobar, a Slingshot Grinder, and an auto-tamper.

Excellent customer service skills and experience with taking orders via a POS system similar to Lightspeed.

Available during the week and looking for a casual role to fit in with your studies or other commitments. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are essential. Weekends and public holidays are yours.

You enjoy the variety of making coffee, bantering with our down-to-earth regulars, and being keen to learn how to make the best sandwiches in P-town.

Some prior food experience in a similar all-rounder role would be an advantage, as making sandwiches and food will be part of the role.

Casual Sandwich Maker

We’re looking for a casual sandwich maker or all-rounder to be inducted into our BOSS Family in Perth CBD on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

6 months experience in a similar fast-paced role making sandwiches.
Excellent customer service skills and experience with taking orders via a POS system similar to Lightspeed.
Available during the week and looking for a casual role to fit in with your studies or other commitments. Weekends and public holidays are yours.
You enjoy the variety of making the best sandwiches in P-town, preparing fresh ingredients, and bantering with our down-to-earth regulars.
Not essential but preferred: you have six months of experience making coffee and are keen to learn more.
