And as Winter sets in, we thought about surprising the people of Perth with the return of their old lunchtime favourites. Starting July 3 and July 4, respectively (that’s this week!), we’ll be serving our new Mean Boss Parma and Smokey Beef Brisket for everyone to try!
These new additions will give our bosses even more tasty lunch options alongside our already impressive sandwich selection.
NEW Smokey Beef Brisket
Our new Smokey Beef Brisket consists of juicy beef brisket slow-cooked to perfection and slathered with a smokey BBQ aioli. On top, you’ll find a bed of melting cheese, caramelized onions, and crunchy slaw, which adds layers of texture and taste to this Winter-exclusive lunch sandwich. We also threw in some pickles to give it a tangy punch. This tasty beef brisket burger is truly a treat for all meat lovers out there!
NEW Mean Boss Parma
You can also warm up your chilly days with the comforting flavours of our new Mean Boss Parma. This new lunch sandwich contains juicy, house-cooked chicken parma, generously layered with Nonna’s secret Napoli sauce, which adds a perfect zing to the tender chicken (a chef’s kiss!) And for a finishing touch, this chicken parma sub is topped with mozzarella cheese and basil pesto.
Launching This July
Our new Mean Boss Parma drops on July 3 while our new Smokey Beef Brisket arrives on July 4. But here’s the catch, these made-to-order lunch sandwiches are available until August 31 only, so don’t miss out on the chance to taste these Winter-exclusive flavours.
